Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jjaya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms apply to all services provided through the jjaya9 website, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional offers or bonus schemes.

Access to and use of jjaya9 is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jjaya9 services, including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and claiming promotional offers, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jjaya9 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a current mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account where applicable.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jjaya9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Immediate Notification: You must notify jjaya9 immediately via our support channels if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jjaya9 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

jjaya9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Incomplete or unverifiable registration details may result in account suspension pending clarification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jjaya9 supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard instruments where available. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited from an account not registered to the jjaya9 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account review, potential suspension, and return of funds to the originating source minus any associated processing costs.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. jjaya9 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• jjaya9 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if the platform suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotions

jjaya9 offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Promotional eligibility is determined at jjaya9's sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonuses or bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the specified expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lesser percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless otherwise specified by jjaya9.
• Right to Withdraw: jjaya9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any qualifying play completed prior to withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jjaya9 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable at the time of the wager. By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on jjaya9, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jjaya9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a demonstrable technical error attributable to jjaya9.
• jjaya9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined settlement window, or corrupted by a data feed error.

• In the event of a dispute between the displayed result and the underlying system log, the system log shall be deemed authoritative.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to individual markets, games, or player accounts. jjaya9 reserves the right to impose bet limits at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all ICC fixtures — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published on the relevant betting pages. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing wagers.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjaya9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the jjaya9 sportsbook.

jjaya9's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

jjaya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited activities as defined in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. An inactive account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after this period, reducing the account balance until it reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.
• Request by the player to self-exclude or close their own account.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to a breach of Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Amendments to Terms

jjaya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jjaya9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via on-platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the jjaya9 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

Governing Law
